The data processed may include name, surname, email address, telephone number, purchase details, order number, ticket type, add-on products purchased, payment data managed by the platform or payment provider and any information voluntarily provided by the user.
The legal basis for processing will be the performance of the contractual relationship arising from the purchase or booking, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest in the management and security of the event and, where applicable, the user’s consent to receive commercial communications.
Data may be communicated to providers necessary for the provision of the service, such as ticketing platforms, payment providers, technology services, advisors, administrative services or competent authorities where there is a legal obligation.
Viva la Pepa will retain the data for the time necessary to manage the purchase, provide the service, handle possible incidents and comply with applicable legal obligations.
