The purchase of tickets for events, activities or experiences organised by Viva la Pepa is subject to the conditions indicated at the time of purchase and, where applicable, to the specific conditions of each event.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, tickets purchased for events on a specific date are non-refundable due to change of mind, inability to attend, purchase error, non-optimal weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond the organisation’s control.

Refunds will only be considered in the event of total cancellation of the event by the organisation.

In the event of a substantial modification of the event by the organisation, buyers will be informed using the contact details provided during the purchase process.

Booking fees, platform fees or payment processing costs may not be refundable if so established by the ticketing platform or payment service provider.

To request information about an issue related to a purchase, the buyer must contact Viva la Pepa at eventos@vivalapepamenorca.es, providing their name, purchase email, order number and details of the issue.

Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of this refund and cancellation policy and of the specific conditions of the corresponding event.
