These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets, add-on products, bookings or services related to events, activities or experiences organised by Viva la Pepa.
By making a purchase through the platform, the user declares that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions, as well as the specific conditions of the corresponding event.
The buyer is responsible for correctly reviewing the details entered during the purchase process, including name, email address, number of tickets, ticket type, add-on products and any other relevant information.
Tickets grant access to the corresponding event and may be used by another person unless the organisation has expressly established that the ticket is nominative for that event.
The attendee must present the ticket, QR code or valid proof of purchase at the event entrance. The organisation may deny access if the ticket is invalid, has already been used, appears to have been tampered with or does not correspond to the event.
The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee a specific location unless expressly stated in the ticket type, booking or add-on product purchased.
The organisation may modify times, layout, programme, accessory services or operational conditions for organisational, technical, safety, weather-related or force majeure reasons, while seeking to maintain the main nature of the event.
Attendees must comply with the event rules, staff instructions and any safety measures communicated by the organisation.
Management reserves the right of admission and may remove from the event, without refund, any person who fails to comply with the rules, causes serious disturbance, behaves disrespectfully, endangers their own safety or that of others, consumes alcohol while underage, provides alcohol to minors or brings outside food or drinks where prohibited.
Unauthorised resale of tickets is not permitted.
The organisation is not responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings or circumstances beyond its control.
The purchase is also subject to the technical, operational and payment conditions of the ticketing platform used.
For any enquiry, the user may contact Viva la Pepa at eventos@vivalapepamenorca.es.
The Sunset Eclipse · Viva la Pepa event will take place on 12 August 2026 at Viva la Pepa, Arenal d’en Castell, Menorca.
The ticket gives access to a complete experience that includes organisation, DJ, atmosphere, event access, eclipse viewing glasses, drinks and the rest of the advertised services.
The ticket is valid throughout the event, but some included services, such as snacks, drinks or activities, may have ended if the attendee arrives late.
Each ticket includes 1 mixed drink or 2 drinks to choose from: small beer, soft drink, water or selected glass of wine.
For minors, the included drinks will always be non-alcoholic.
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18.
Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
To access the event, attendees must show their ticket and a valid identification document: DNI, NIE, passport or equivalent document. This check will be carried out only to verify attendees’ age, identify minors and provide them with the corresponding wristband. No copy of the document will be made.
No outside food or drinks are allowed.
Included drinks must be redeemed during the event and are not refundable or cumulative.
The event will start at 17:00 and end at 23:00, unless modified for operational, safety, weather-related or force majeure reasons.
Totality is expected at around 20:30. The astronomical times indicated are approximate and may vary slightly.
Weather conditions and eclipse visibility do not depend on the organisation.
In the event of clouds, fog, rain, haze or any other weather condition preventing optimal eclipse visibility, the event will still take place and tickets will not be refundable.
The natural orientation of the surroundings may mean that some phase of the eclipse is not fully visible.
In Menorca, the full end of the eclipse will not be visible because the Sun will set before it ends.
For general admission, the organisation does not guarantee an unobstructed view and is not responsible if other attendees stand in front of you or partially obstruct the view.
The reserved chair, purchased as an add-on product, guarantees a seat in the assigned eclipse viewing area, but not an exact location.
Reserved chairs will be assigned in order of purchase.
Tickets with a reserved chair do not guarantee weather conditions or perfect astronomical visibility.
It will also be possible to reserve a table for the event, at a cost of €20 per guest.
Table reservations will be managed exclusively through Viva la Pepa’s usual booking channels: WhatsApp, phone, email, website, Google or directly at Viva la Pepa.
The table reservation only includes the reserved table and the eclipse viewing glasses.
The table reservation does not include event entry, snacks or drinks. Drinks and menu items must be paid for separately.
The table reservation is not equivalent to a general event ticket and does not grant access to the services included with that ticket.
During the event, a reduced menu will be available on the upper terrace. Menu items are not included in the ticket or in the table reservation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The table reservation does not guarantee weather conditions or perfect astronomical visibility.
The organisation may modify the table layout for operational, safety, weather-related or force majeure reasons.
Eclipse glasses are provided as part of the ticket, but each attendee is responsible for using them correctly.
The glasses must always be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and do not replace each attendee’s individual supervision.
Eclipse glasses must not be used as a filter for cameras, mobile phones, binoculars or telescopes. These devices must use suitable solar filters if they are used to observe or photograph the eclipse.
The organisation is not responsible for attendees failing to comply with safety rules.
All attendees must follow staff instructions during the event.
The organisation may modify times, layout or programme for operational, safety, weather-related or force majeure reasons.
Management reserves the right of admission.
Failure to comply with the event rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
Refunds will only be considered in the event of total cancellation of the event by the organisation.
